Who we are
LGS STEELHOUSE CANADA INC, based in Ottawa, Ontario, has been designing and building high quality, pre-engineered, steel-framed homes since its incorporation in 1994.

We seek a high level of vertical integration of our operation from design through contruction so that we can exercise control of quality, cost, and sales impact. We strive to build high quality, precisely constructed homes; to provide the the most skilled professionals to do the job; and to offer the best customer service possible.

We have raised our standards even higher by modifying our North America construction method to meet the Japanese building code. In 1997, the Minister of Construction in Japan approved LGS Steelhouse Canada's framing system, which is now recognized and referred to as the Canadian Steelhouse System.

The Jutako Kinyu Koko is offering financing to those who purchase a home using the Canadian Steelhouse System.

Based on results fo extensive market research, LGS Steelhouse Canada has developed a construction method that is acceptable to Asian, South American, and European countries where the houses are built using concrete, cinder blocks, and/or bricks.
